This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

the host is really nice. he will ask the time of your arrival, prepare everything and greet you at the arriving time. it is pretty close to the bus station and very easy to access to the city centre by tram

It is not a hotel. It is what is says: Log in Rooms. It is a self check-in residence with lock boxes outside the front yard. But here is the guest beware part. Unlike Airbnb, where the host will contact you 24-48hrs prior to your arrival to give check-in instructions, none of that happens with Log in Rooms (even though they had my email address on record). I was welcomed with a locked front desk door and a local phone number to call during normal business hours. So if you don't have a local phone number, you are out of luck. You'll need to find a way to call international. And if it rains, snows, or freezes that day or evening of your check in ... Too bad, so sad. What 4 star hotel welcomes guests this way? But this is not a hotel, and it certainly does not have 4 star amenities. The experience I had was akin to a private room in a hostel or Airbnb without access to kitchen, living room, or laundry facilities. Ironically, the booking platform I used matched it against competing hostels in the area. To sum it up, the listing, pictures, and reviews mislead me up until the check-in moment where I couldn't not cancel my reservation without a penalty.

ザグレブ駅からはトラムの2か6に乗り停車場はザグレブバスステーションで下車すれば苦に成らずです。 ザグレブバスステーションを活用する場合はここは良いです。朝御飯がない(バスステーションで24時間のパン屋があるので調達できます。)ですが、備え付けのケトルと紅茶とコーヒーのパックとスティックがあるので代用できます。スーパーでインスタントスープやカップ麵も良いです。 Wi-Fiは電波が強くストレス無く使えます。 エアコンがあるので夏季や季節外れの暑さに対処できます。 設備は真新しいのでとても居心地良く過ごせます。

Location is excellent for my meetng, nearby to other htel, receptionist is helpfull, room is very clean, supportiing facilities and amenities also ok, recommended for next visiit, the rate also affordable, overall is thumb up.

we have a great 5nites stays at 2 bedroom apartment, it was a pleasant stay, the receptionist Olivier is helpful, the room is ample, all good, willing to come again if i travel to zagreb again. Supported by good Location in main area, no disappointment. Recommended for the family as well. Terimaksih (Thank You)

I like this property, I came with my fried, clean and tidy, receptionist is ok, walking distance to many other hotel, easy to find the food. Good for family if you take 2 bed room unit. Unfortunaly they didnt provide breakfast at property, but however it is still ok.
